Directions to consume:
SHAKE: Add 1 level scoop (150g) of True Gain to skimmed water or cold water. shake it for 45-60 seconds for a thick & creamy shake.
BLEND: Add 1 scoop (150g) of True Gain per 250-300ml of water or skimmed milk to a blender, secure the top and blend for 30 seconds.
Consume 1-2 shakes per day or as suggested by your nutritionist.
WHEN TO CONSUME

BETWEEN MEALS: Consume one shake of true Gain in between meals to support a high calorie diet for a sustained calories supply.
