Quick Returns

Feel fully secure and peaceful while buying our power-filled supplements at Healthfarmnutrition! Quick returns are valid for missing, damaged, and wrong items. If you have received a damaged, missing, or incorrect item as per your order or description mentioned on our official website, you need to escalate this issue within 48 hours along with parcel opening video and images of the defected product after receiving the order. Click the picture and video of the delivered package and product and send us at customercare@healthfarmnutrition.com. Also, you need to intimate us on call/WhatsApp on our customer helpline number +1800-180-9438.

Points you need to take care of while returning the products:

Nutritional products:

  • The product should be in original packaging and sealed in condition.
  • Used products or opened boxes should not be considered under the return policy.
  • If the consumer got any infections, rashes, stomach aches, flavor likable or dislike should not be applicable for returns. Our supplements are authentic and lab-tested manufactured under the visions of well-experienced manufacturers or staff, still, we always recommend our customers to consult with their doctor, fitness trainer, or nutritionist before taking the direct consumption he/she is struggling with a major health concern.
  • No exchange will be given by the company.

Fitness Equipment/Accessories

Fitness equipment or accessories like shakers or gym bags are irreplaceable in case of manufacturing defects. T-shirts are only considered for returns if found under manufacturing defects.

Below products are not considered under return policy:

  • Product damage occurred due to misuse of the product.
  • If consumer or buyer use or consume our product.
  • Combos supplements or products won’t be taken aback as a single unit.
  • If the returned product is found without original packaging and accessories, consisting of the original box packed by the manufacturer.

Cancellation policy

We guide you to place the order after checking all the relevant details mentioned on the website. Our products are verified and authentic. In case you need to cancel the order for any specific reason, you have to inform us immediately through a call on our customer helpline number  +1800-180-9438 or mail us at customercare@healthfarmnutrition.com. You have to send your cancellation request within 8 to 9 hours. Ordered Products are not eligible under the cancellation policy if the product is already dispatched for shipment.

Easy Refunds

If you are fulfilling the return policy of Healthfarmnutrition, you are eligible to get instant refunds. If you have made the payment through card then we will reverse the payment, however, for cash on delivery, bank deposits payment mode, our company will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer for security purposes. You will get your refunds within 7 to 8 working days once all the return verification has been done from our company’s end.
