3 Ingredient Oats Protein Kheer | Oats Kheer Recipe for Weight Loss

3 Ingredient, super healthy OATS PROTEIN KHEER topped with chopped pistachios 🥰

Recipe: Ingredients:

1. 1/2 cup raw oats (can also replace it with semi-cooked rice)

2. 1/4th cup milk (oats milk/soy milk/cow’s milk)

3. 1/3rd cup TRUE GAIN XXL WEIGHT GAIN PROTEIN POWDER in the flavor Kesar Pista

4. A handful of chopped pistachios for garnish


1. In a pan, add oats & milk, mix them well together, and bring it to a slow boil

2. Lower the heat down and add the protein powder to the mix. Only add protein powder when a flame is low, we don’t want to burn the ingredients of the protein powder

3. Mix well & serve in a bowl, top with chopped pistachios & enjoy!
